| | Jack E. Jensen, M.D., F.A.C.S.M. is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and medical director of Athletic Orthopedics and Knee Center, an integrated health care plaza specializing in the care of knees. After performing as a collegiate athlete, Dr. Jensen attended medical school at Kansas University. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Texas, and then went on to receive further training with some of the leading pioneers in the field at the University of Oregon, where he completed a fellowship in sports medicine. Dr. Jensen, who has been distinguished with the title Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine, has worked his sports medicine wares at the Goodwill Games, the World Championships of Gymnastics, the U.S. Olympic Training Center, and the Olympic Games. He has also served as orthopedic consultant to the United States Gymnastic Federation, team physician to Karolyi’s Gymnastics, the USA Swimming Foundation, the Association of Tennis Professionals, and orthopedic physician to numerous Olympic and professional athletes. Dr. Jensen has worked with the Houston Rockets, the Houston Astros, The Houston Oilers, the Houston Texans, Cirque du Soleil, Houston Wranglers Tennis, The US Clay Court Tournament, The Masters Cup, and has served as Team Physician for the Missouri Tigers. Dr. Jensen is a member of the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine, a member of the U.S. Olympic Sports Medicine Society, a Fellow of the American Academy of Sports Physicians. A former associate editor of Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, he has co-authored numerous scientific articles in peer-reviews publications, a book for athletes and gymnasts, A Healthy 10!, and a book all about knees, The One Stop Knee Shop.

Juan Carlos Bustos, M.D., graduated from the University of Michigan where he spent time as a volunteer at the University of Michigan hospital. He then went on to earn his medical degree from the Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan where he graduated with honors. He was also elected to the AOA medical honor society for his outstanding clinical and academic work. Dr. Bustos completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati where he was selected as an American Orthopedic Association future leader and was recognized nationally. He completed his training at the John’s Hopkins University obtaining fellowship training in sports medicine and specializing in advanced shoulder and knee surgery. Dr. Bustos specializes in shoulder and knee surgery, advanced arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle, arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, arthroscopic shoulder stabilization, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, multiligament knee reconstruction, total shoulder replacement and total knee replacement. Dr. Bustos has presented and published articles nationally. His research interests have ranged from shoulder labral tears to patellofemoral instability in athletes. He has cared for athletes of all levels from professional to grade school levels. He has served as a team physician for the Baltimore Orioles baseball team, the John’s Hopkins University lacrosse, wrestling, football, baseball, men’s and women’s soccer, track and basketball teams, the University of Cincinnati basketball and football teams and high school football.

Dean Armitage, MBA, OPA-C, ATC/L,graduated from San Diego State University with an Athletic Training degree and earned his Master Business Administration degree from National University in San Diego, California. He gained his certificates in Strength and Conditioning, Orthopedic Technologist, and became an Orthopedic Physician Assistant. Dean has specialized in sports medicine throughout his life at different levels. As a certified athletic trainer, certified strength and conditioning instructor, certified orthopedic technologist, and now as an orthopedic physician assistant – certified. Dean was a competitive baseball player in high school, college, and professionally in the minor leagues. He joined the San Diego Padres Professional Baseball Organization and worked as the Director of Strength and Conditioning for the entire organization. Dean has also functioned as head trainer for the San Diego Padres minor league baseball teams, the Houston Thunderbears arena football team, and the National volleyball team.Dean has worked with doctors from Baylor and Methodist Hospital systems as well as physicians from University of California at San Diego and Scripps Health Institute in La Jolla, California. Dean and his wife, Kathi, who is a Registered Nurse, and their children Zachary, Nicole, and Jacob, live in Katy, TX. In his free time he enjoys working out, spending time with his family and playing softball.
