Work Related Injuries

AOKC-Work-Injury-Urgent-Care

Work-related injuries are common and sometimes debilitating. High-risk occupations, a lack of safety devices or training and repetitive stresses are all common causes of injury. The most common workplace injuries stem from repetitive, forceful or prolonged use of the hands and prolonged awkward postures. Injuries to the spine or back pain injuries are also common if you operate heavy machinery, lift heavy objects or accidentally fall from a considerable height.

At AOK Urgent OrthoCare Houston, we treat a variety of work-related injuries including sprains, fractures, bone dislocations, tendonitis, bursitis, torn meniscus and damaged cartilage.
